Capital Contractors Institute (CCI) is dedicated to educating and training mechanical contracting and service professionals throughout all levels of their career.
Capital Contractors Institute (CCI) was created by the Mechanical Contractors Association of Metropolitan Washington (MCAMW), in partnership with the Industry Fund, and National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA)-Washington, DC Chapter.
CCI delivers “Best in Class” educational experiences through premier courses and programs, instructed by nationally recognized industry leaders. Our instructors have experience at all levels and areas of the industry, ranging from company principals to college professors and field leaders to business managers.
Designed by contractors with the intention to bring continuous educational value to the industry for generations of contractors to come, CCI’s curriculum is guided by the feedback and professional needs of our membership. Class offerings include the following core subjects: customer service, professional development, management techniques, business law and finance, leadership skills, safety, and technology.
